A small quartz watch from Seiko’s ladies line “TISSÉ” — the name, French for “woven”, finds its expression in the delicate, sculpted bracelet that defines this piece.

The case is round, approximately 20mm. Silver case sides meet a gold bezel; on the dial, a Roman XII marks twelve o’clock while small gold dots trace the other hours. The SEIKO logo sits centred, with TISSÉ placed quietly below. Gold hands complete the composition — the whole dial reads as a small, considered drawing.

The bracelet is the heart of this piece. Sculptural links — like a laurel garland, or perhaps ears of wheat — sit in continuous repetition, silver outer leaves cradling a gold seed at each centre. The light catches differently as the wrist moves. A small safety chain completes the careful construction.
