A watch that wears like a strand of jewellery.

The bracelet is a run of polished gold-tone spheres, each one round and full, catching light the way a beaded necklace does. At its centre sits a small round case, barely 14mm across — from a distance, it reads as one bead among the others. Only up close does it reveal itself as a watch.

The dial is gold on gold: a plain champagne face, slim hands, small dot markers. No numerals, no date. A dial you glance at, in a design that never raises its voice.

Inside is Seiko’s caliber 1E20, a two-hand quartz movement so small it fits behind a dial the size of a fingertip — quiet Japanese engineering from the era when Seiko made jewellery watches like this one.

At roughly 16cm around the wrist, it sits close and light. Worn alone, it finishes a bare arm; layered with a thin chain bracelet, the spheres hold their own without competing. A white blouse, a knit cuff, an evening sleeve — it moves between them without changing character.

A watch for telling the time, and a piece of gold for the wrist. One object, doing both quietly.

If it stops, or gains or loses time significantly within that period, please contact us. Vibration during transit may occasionally cause the battery to shift; reseating it will restore function. Not covered: battery depletion, damage from impact or water, and marks on the case or bracelet.
