What makes this necklace particular is its origin as a vintage remake — a piece that breathes new life into a pearl from an earlier time. The baroque pearl at the centre was originally drawn from a vintage pearl necklace made between the 1950s and 1970s. Within that original strand, only seven pearls carried this distinctive character — and this is one of those rare seven. Reset onto a sterling silver chain, the piece holds layered meaning: the time of its origin and the intention of its renewal, brought together in one form.

The beauty of a baroque pearl lies in its departure from a perfect sphere. Each pearl carries a different outline, and so each returns light along a different angle — never flat, always with depth. A glow softer than moonlight, yet unmistakably alive. At approximately 8mm by 7mm, the pearl sits at just the right scale — drawing the eye when it moves at the neckline.
