不良品

万が一、運送中の破損や不良品がございましたら、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡下さい。早急に全額ご返金での対応となります。

返品・交換の際の送料は、全て弊社で負担いたします。

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of vintage and one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at flemington.vintage@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

If the issue is confirmed to be a fault on our side, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Please note:
- Claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Damage caused after delivery, improper handling, accidents, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

We carefully inspect all items before shipping.
