EMMA KRAFFT Floral Vermeil Bangle

A slender circle of gold, carved with flowers from end to end. The Floral Vermeil Bangle wraps the wrist in a continuous garden — small blossoms engraved into the full circumference of the band, each one cut by hand at the EMMA KRAFFT atelier in Karaköy, Istanbul.

The bangle begins, like every piece in the atelier, as a hand-carved wax form, then passes through the traditional goldsmithing steps of polishing and engraving under founder Esin Nalbantoğlu's own hands. The relief is fine but distinct: run a fingertip along the band and you can feel the texture of the carving, a quiet reminder that no machine made this.

The material is bronze, giving the piece the warmth and depth of tone with a weight that stays light on the wrist. It moves with you through the day, catching light as your hand moves, whether it sits alone against bare skin or alongside a watch or other bracelets.

A bangle this quiet asks nothing of the rest of your wardrobe. It simply stays with you — through workdays and weekends, seasons and years — becoming one of those pieces you reach for without thinking, and would miss the moment it was gone.
