Among the medailles found at a quiet church market, this piece carried a structured clarity — St Benedict.

Crafted in Italy between the 1950s and 1980s, this vintage medal measures approximately 2cm in diameter.
Though compact, it holds a reassuring metal density, softened by a natural patina developed over time.

St Benedict is associated with order, discipline, and protection from confusion.
His medal is known for its symbolic Latin inscriptions and clearly defined cross motif.

The relief is precise rather than decorative.
When light touches the surface, the engraved details quietly emerge.

Paired with a new 925 silver chain (approx. 45cm), it rests naturally at the collarbone.
