Gucci Bangle Watch
Not looking like a watch is the point of this one.
A single steel bangle, with a long oval window cut into its face — and only there does it become a dial. The case doesn't sit on the band; the two read as one piece, milled from the same metal. On the wrist, the line stays perfectly straight.
The finish is brushed: fine parallel grain that softens the light rather than throwing it back. The dial is silver, with no indices — the Gucci name, the words Swiss Made, and two slim hands. A dial you check rather than read.
At the side, a small coin-edged crown. Turning it is one of the few moments this watch feels mechanical.
At roughly 14mm wide, it wears with the slimness of a bracelet; it takes people a moment to realise it tells the time. The cool weight of steel stays present on the wrist.
Below a white shirt cuff. On bare skin in summer. Layered with a fine bangle or chain, without the lines competing.
A watch for knowing the time, and a piece of metal for finishing your wrist. One object does both.

The battery has been replaced by a specialist, and the watch comes with a one-month movement warranty from the date of delivery.
