The smallest size in the Tank Américaine family. Introduced in 1989, this model is known for the way its entire case curves gently to follow the wrist — the most fitted silhouette in the Tank line. For decades it was made only in solid gold; the stainless steel version arrived in 2017, bringing the design much closer to everyday life.

At just 15mm wide, the Mini sits on the wrist more like a slender bracelet than a watch. A silver dial with Roman numerals, blued-steel sword hands, and a blue cabochon on the crown — Cartier’s signature details, all present within this small frame.

Steel has a quiet brightness of its own, lighter in spirit than gold. Paired with a black leather strap, it slips easily into any outfit — a shirt, a knit, a working day or a slow weekend, in any season.

Produced around 2019, this piece comes with its guarantee card (dated 23 July 2019) and inner box. The leather strap currently fitted is a non-Cartier replacement (the buckle is the original stainless steel), and one genuine Cartier leather strap, showing wear from use, is included. The watch itself remains in very clean condition overall. A current-line Cartier that has become harder to find, complete with papers — chosen for someone who intends to keep it for a long time.
