The circle is the quietest of shapes. The Ronde Solo takes its name from the round case that sits at the very origin of Cartier watchmaking. Stripped of ornament, it is composed of nothing but a perfect circle and finely drawn Roman numerals — Cartier reduced to its essence.

On the silver dial, Cartier's signature black Roman numerals stand tall, framing a railway minute track and a 24-hour Arabic scale within. Blued-steel hands glide over the pale ground with a refinement rarely found at this level, and the crown is set with a spinel cabochon — Cartier's quiet signature.

At approximately 42mm, the case is confidently sized for a men's watch, yet its slim profile and black leather strap let it slip easily under a cuff. The movement is automatic, wound by the motion of your wrist — no battery changes needed. It keeps excellent time, running at around +6 seconds per day.

The original box and the 2017 guarantee card are included. A watch to keep pace with you for years — with a suit, and long after the jacket comes off.
